- We do our best to display product colors, dimensions, and features accurately, but small variations may occur.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. Price changes never affect orders already placed.
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

ORDERS
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that resellers place in bulk.
- You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information, including a valid shipping address and email.
- If we cancel an order, we'll notify you and refund you in full.

SHIPPING
Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WARRANTY & LIABILITY
- Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.
- Our products are home comfort devices, not medical devices. The Lumidusk Dawn and similar products do not diagnose, treat, or cure any sleep disorder. If you have a medical condition, consult a professional.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumidusk's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
