SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states). We don't ship internationally yet.

COST
Shipping is FREE on every order. Always. No minimums, no codes.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Products ship from warehouses in the United States. Typical delivery windows:
- Lumidusk Beam (projector): 2–8 business days
- Lumidusk Dawn (sunrise alarm): 2–5 business days
The exact window for each product is shown on its product page.

TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Follow the link in your shipping email, or paste your tracking number on our Track Your Order page (works with 17TRACK).

ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email lumidusk.shop@gmail.com immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships. Once shipped, we can't redirect packages.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package appears lost, email us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, ship a free replacement or refund you in full.
