REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-NIGHT TRIAL
Every Lumidusk product comes with our 30-Night Trial. Use it for up to 30 nights from the day it arrives. If your nights aren't genuinely better, email us at lumidusk.shop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email lumidusk.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once the item is on its way back (tracking provided), we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

CONDITIONS
- Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible, with all included accessories.
- Normal signs of use during the trial period are okay — that's what the trial is for.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or stops working within 90 days of delivery, email us a photo or short video within 48 hours of noticing the issue. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping required in these cases.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If it's been longer, contact your card issuer first, then email us and we'll track it down.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship (usually within 24 hours of purchase). Email us as soon as possible.
