Where do you ship from?
From warehouses in the United States. No overseas waiting.
How long does shipping take?
2–8 business days depending on the product (each product page shows its exact window). Shipping is always free, always tracked.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes — it lands in your inbox as soon as your order ships. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we're focused on making US nights better first.
Returns & Trial
What's the 30-Night Trial?
Use your Lumidusk product for up to 30 nights. If your nights aren't genuinely better, email us for a full refund. No essay required.
How do I start a return?
Email lumidusk.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you — your choice.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Checkout is secured by Shopify.
Is my payment information safe?
We never see or store your card details — payments are processed end-to-end by Shopify's encrypted checkout.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Every product includes our 30-night trial plus protection against defects for 90 days from delivery.
